Team Off-sites

One or two days in nature, working together on what matters most to your team.

What's the point?

Research shows that structured reflection can improve team and individual performance by around 25%. Two days together give your team the time and structure to do it properly, and the Team Pulse shows what changed.

Time to reflect and decide

Structured reflection can improve team and individual performance by around 25%. Two days give the team the time and structure to do it properly, with an outside facilitator.

Focus on what matters

Away from emails and meetings, the team can finally work on the things that never fit into a normal week.

A shared experience

Working through challenges together creates a common reference point and brings together people who rarely work side by side.

From ideas to actions

The days end with clear, agreed ways of working, and your Team Pulse shows later what actually changed.

Choose your focus

Every team is different, so every off-site is too. You choose the dimensions of the Essentials of Team Performance your team wants to work on, such as trust, communication or decision-making, and we design the days around them. Every off-site includes the Team Pulse before and after, so you don’t just hope it worked: you can see what changed.

The essentials of Team Performance framework

Purpose

Purpose · Goals · Commitment & Team First
Why the team exists and where it’s heading. Strong teams share a clear purpose, translate it into goals everyone understands, and commit to them, putting the team ahead of individual agendas.

Trust

Trust · Psychological Safety · Fun
The foundation everything else is built on. Team members trust each other, feel psychologically safe to speak up, ask questions and admit mistakes, and enjoy working together. Fun is part of it, because teams that enjoy each other’s company connect more and bounce back faster.

Accountability

Accountability · Decision Making · Roles & Responsibilities
Clear expectations, followed through. Everyone knows their role and responsibilities, decisions are made well and on time, and people can count on each other to deliver.

Growth

Innovation & Problem Solving · Adaptability · Continuous Learning & Improvement
How the team keeps getting better. Strong teams adapt as circumstances change, solve problems creatively, and keep learning and improving, rather than waiting for something to go wrong.

Collaboration

Collaboration · Open Communication · Effective Conflict Resolution
How people work through things together. Team members share their work, communicate openly, and handle disagreement constructively instead of avoiding it.

Your place or mine?

Most of our team development sessions take place outdoors, surrounded by nature. No screens, no PowerPoints, no phones, no distractions. Just your people, connecting, learning and growing together.

We can organise our sessions almost anywhere in the world, including close to your office. It all depends on your preferences and possibilities. But if you’re up for something a little different, I’d love to bring you to a magical place in the north of Spain, where nature provides the perfect setting to step away from the everyday, reconnect and become a stronger team.

So, the question is: your place or mine?
