I had the opportunity to have Alberto’s help on a few occasions. As a manager, it was important to give my teams the opportunity to go beyond their daily job and responsibilities and allow them to stop and reflect on what makes them fulfilled while finding their purpose. His sessions were brilliant and different because we were immersed in nature, not in a meeting room or a Zoom call.
